Corsan is responsible for water supply and sewage treatment in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The company manages water resources and promotes public health through basic sanitation. **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person or telephone customer service to address commercial matters. Register new users and update existing registrations. Clarify information regarding tariffs, debts, bills, and payment methods. Negotiate and formalize agreements with customers to regularize outstanding debts. Promote the sale of additional services and provide guidance on water efficiency programs. Record customer incidents and requests in the company's system.
