Internal Risk and Controls Analyst

Sebratel, a reference in the telecommunications sector, is seeking an Internal Risk and Controls Analyst to join its team. The professional will be responsible for controlling physical assets and liabilities, leading initiatives to prevent losses and fraud, and continuously improving processes, with a strategic focus on information integrity, compliance with internal and external regulations, and operational efficiency. Main responsibilities: * Manage the company's asset control, ensuring traceability and compliance of physical assets and liabilities; * Conduct inventories, labeling, and physical inspections at facilities; * Monitor and reinforce internal controls to prevent losses and fraud; * Lead and participate in internal audits, identifying risks and proposing solutions; * Map and propose improvements to administrative and operational processes; * Prepare inspection reports with recommendations and track action plans; * Promote standardization of practices and disseminate internal control and quality policies.
