Performs table service according to the establishment's standards, presenting the menu, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with courtesy and efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet customers and escort them to their tables; * Present the menu, clarify questions, and recommend dishes and beverages; * Accurately record orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar; * Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards; * Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to any requests; * Set up and clean tables before and after service; * Assist in setting up and dismantling the dining area; * Maintain personal hygiene and appearance, as well as cleanliness of the work area; * Comply with food safety regulations and best service practices. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Efficiency, attentiveness, and friendliness in customer service; * Ability to work well in a team and under pressure; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. **Compensation:** As per industry minimum wage + tips + benefits Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 – R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Waiter (Mandatory)
