General cleaning of the work area, pre-preparation of beverages (e.g., cutting fruits, making juices), restocking refrigerators and freezers, delivering beverages to tables, and assisting with customer service whenever needed. Prior bartender experience is not required; however, candidates must have previous customer service experience, employment stability, a proactive, friendly, and extroverted personality, willingness to approach tables and serve customers appropriately, and interest in learning about this field.
