For more information, visit our website www.regalrexnord.com At Regal Rexnord, opportunities are equal, regardless of race, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. **About This Opportunity** Regal Rexnord is launching a search for a **Welder I** to work **onsite in São Leopoldo \- RS**. **Responsibilities for This Role** * Perform welding of parts and subassemblies using MIG/MAG and electric arc welding processes, in accordance with technical drawings and specifications; * Prepare, calibrate, and adjust welding equipment according to material type and part thickness; * Adjust and supply gas and wire to welding equipment; * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of produced parts, ensuring product quality; * Support production activities and material handling as required by the department; * Operate production machinery, such as eccentric and friction presses, when necessary; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Required Qualifications** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the responsibilities listed above; * Welding training course with certification; * Completed high school education; * Flexibility regarding working hours and shifts; * Familiarity with measuring instruments (especially calipers); * Strong knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation; * Prior experience in the metallurgical industry; * Willingness to work onsite in São Leopoldo/RS. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, or related fields. **What Regal Rexnord Offers:** Regal Rexnord offers market-competitive compensation, along with the opportunity to transform your passions into solutions that make a difference for the world.
