We are looking for a **Night Supervisor** to join our team, focused on ensuring excellence in processes and agility in area deliverables. We seek a proactive individual capable of working on demand while maintaining our operational quality standards. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise operational activities during the night shift (front desk, security, housekeeping, emergency maintenance); * Support the night team, ensuring execution of resort procedures and standards; * Attend to guests, promptly and courteously resolving inquiries, complaints, or requests; * Monitor guest arrivals and departures (night check\-in/checkout); * Conduct periodic inspections of resort premises to ensure safety and proper functionality; * Prepare incident reports and forward them to responsible departments the following day; * Assist in crisis and emergency management, escalating to responsible personnel when necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education (higher education in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in hospitality or night supervision of establishments is preferred; * Basic knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS); * Leadership skills and ability to make quick decisions; * Availability for night shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Additional information** * Employment type: CLT; * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Group life insurance; * Workplace: Gran Valley Resort, Rua EERS 235, 33111, Pórtico Neighborhood, Gramado \- RS, 95670\-000\.
