Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Operator I to work the night shift, organizing, controlling, and optimizing warehousing and distribution processes to ensure inventory efficiency and accuracy. Incident resolution and operational support to transportation partners We are looking for a **LOGISTICS OPERATOR I (NIGHT SHIFT)** to work at an industry located in **SÃO LEOPOLDO**. We seek a professional to work the night shift, contributing to the organization, control, and efficiency of warehousing and distribution processes. If you have experience in this field and are seeking an opportunity within a structured environment, this position may be right for you! **Responsibilities:** * Organize order picking processes, ensuring established deadlines and standards; * Assign operational tasks according to warehouse demand; * Support WMS system optimization to improve productivity; * Control inbound, outbound, and internal movements, ensuring inventory accuracy; * Monitor operational KPIs and support implementation of improvements; * Address incidents (losses, damages, misplacements); * Provide operational support to transportation partners, ensuring service level and quality. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role; * Completed high school education; * NR-11 certification; * Driver's license category B; * Technical training in the field is considered a plus. **Work Schedule \- Night Shift:** 10:18 PM to 7:00 AM. **Company Offers:** * Remuneration \+ 30% hazard pay; * Chartered transportation; * Comprehensive benefits package.
