Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for pre-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes, ensuring quality, food safety, and hygiene at all stages. Key Highlights: 1. Work environment that values organization and presentation **Responsibilities:** * Pre-prepare or prepare dishes and/or meats and/or salads and/or special diets; * Organize the workstation with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment; * Plate and replenish food items; * Ensure the final product’s presentation; * Conduct taste-testing and approval of products (cook-in-charge per shift); * Ensure food replenishment at the distribution counter; * Collect and label food samples; * Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas; * Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards and occupational safety requirements during task execution, as outlined in the Good Practices Manual; * Perform related tasks; * Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Cook in restaurants serving a high daily volume of meals. **Salary: R$2.332,23** **Benefits:** * Unimed health insurance plan * Odontoprev dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance (VT) * Meal allowance (VR) * On-site meals * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) (subject to goal achievement) **Working Hours:** 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM (Monday to Saturday) **Weekly Working Hours:** 44 hours **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.332,23 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
