Job Summary: A CNC programmer responsible for interpreting technical drawings, developing and validating CNC machine programs, providing technical support, and working on continuous process improvement. Provide technical support and work on continuous process improvement A recruitment and selection company is seeking a CNC Programmer in São Leopoldo. Diamante RH is a company operating in the service provision sector, specializing in permanent staffing recruitment and selection. Its priority is the complete satisfaction of its clients/partners, using an agile and effective methodology. **Responsibilities:** Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications. Develop programs for CNC machines (CNC lathes, machining centers, and sliding-headstock lathes). Select cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters (speed, feed, and depth of cut). Simulate and validate programs prior to production. Conduct tests and program adjustments (try\-out) on machines. Provide technical support to CNC operators and setup personnel. Correct errors and update programs as required. Collaborate with Engineering, Production Control (PCP), Quality, and Production departments on continuous process improvement. Previous experience as a CNC Operator, Machining Technician, Machine Programmer, or CNC Specialist may indicate suitability for some activities of this position.
