Analytical and market-trend-aware perspective We are seeking a **Senior Benefits Analyst** to contribute to the management and evolution of **Soprano**'s benefits programs. This professional will be responsible for both the operational management of benefits and direct employee support, assisting with daily inquiries and issue resolution. We also expect an analytical and market-trend-aware perspective, contributing insights and improvements that make our benefits increasingly competitive and aligned with the employee experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer and monitor company-offered benefits (medical and dental plans, meal/food vouchers, transportation allowances, among others), ensuring proper operational coordination with providers. * Manage enrollments, cancellations, changes, and billing verifications related to benefits. * Provide employee support and guidance regarding benefit-related inquiries. * Support negotiations and provider relationship management, monitoring quality indicators, costs, and service levels. * Conduct market research and benefits benchmarking, tracking trends and competitive practices to support decision-making. * Support initiatives and projects related to benefits and wellbeing strategy, aligned with People & Culture department guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in corporate benefits management and administration. * Experience managing provider relationships and benefits contracts. * Familiarity with HR/benefits management systems. **Additional Information** **Benefits That Care For You!** At Soprano, we believe a healthy environment starts with care.
