Analyze tender documents, annexes, terms of reference, and official spreadsheets, identifying risks, requirements, and evaluation criteria. Interpret requests from private companies, understanding scope, needs, and commercial parameters. Build cost spreadsheets and proposals using advanced Excel, ensuring data accuracy. Request, negotiate, and consolidate supplier quotations for price composition. Previous experience as an Architecture Assistant, Architecture Intern, Architecture Technician, or Architecture Project Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Completed high school education required.
