Serving as the technical interface between vendors and internal departments Opportunity for a Systems Analyst at a company developing technology solutions aimed at reducing crime, consistently emphasizing social impact, ethics, collaboration, and forward-looking vision. **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor requests related to configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of corporate systems (ERP CIGAM, ClickUp, and others), including ticket management and internal requests. * Translate business-area needs into functional and technical specifications for system configuration or evolution. * Maintain up-to-date functional documentation, business rules, and configurations performed, ensuring traceability and governance. * Plan, execute, and monitor implementations of new modules, features, or systems, including user testing and validation. * Coordinate system updates, version changes, and systemic adjustments, assessing operational impacts and risks. * Ensure stability, availability, and proper functioning of platforms under your management. * Serve as the technical interface between software vendors and internal departments, ensuring alignment with operational requirements. * Assess technical feasibility of new requests, considering native capabilities, integrations, and impacts on IT architecture. * Ensure configurations and enhancements align with the company’s architecture guidelines, information security policies, and compliance requirements. * Act as the focal point for leaders and key users from departments utilizing corporate systems, continuously collecting feedback. * Conduct periodic review meetings with departments to assess requests, improvements, and system performance. * Clearly and proactively communicate changes, scheduled maintenance, and potential system outages. * Monitor system usage, performance, and adherence to business processes. * Collect usage, efficiency, and user satisfaction metrics to support improvement decisions. * Propose and implement continuous improvements to workflows and configurations, aiming to increase efficiency and reduce rework. **Hard Skills Required for This Opportunity:** * Proven experience administering, configuring, and sustaining corporate software, such as ERP (CIGAM) and management tools (ClickUp, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar). * Solid knowledge of access management, user profiles, permissions, roles, and system configurations. * Ability to perform basic system integrations (APIs, webhooks, or native features). * Database knowledge to run queries (SQL), generate reports, and support operational data analysis. * Understanding of business processes (sales, finance, projects, operations, administration) to correctly configure and evolve systems. **Soft Skills Required for This Opportunity:** * Clear and pedagogical communication for supporting, guiding, and training internal users with varying levels of technical knowledge. * Ability to lead requirement-gathering meetings, functional alignment sessions, and demonstrations of new features. * Skill in managing expectations of internal stakeholders, transparently communicating timelines, impacts, and technical constraints. * Consultative and proactive user support approach, seeking to understand the real need behind each request.
