Position requiring attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and responsible junior analyst to join our finance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting various financial operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and contributing to the accuracy of reports and analyses. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the receivables team to confirm revenue and establish transfer pricing; * Validate subsidiary orders and customer account balances; * Support colleagues in accounts receivable and ensure compliance with ASC606 standards; * Perform SOX testing and manage U.S. sales tax requirements; * Code subsidiary invoices and manage intercompany re-billings; * Validate and analyze financial statements of certain subsidiaries; * Calculate and analyze the order backlog. Calculate deferred revenue for subsidiaries; * Prepare sales reports, country-wise order reports, commission agent reports, and AR-1 reports; * Record certain journal entries in NAV and enter exchange rates in Salesforce; Requirements: * Degree in Finance or Accounting; * 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; * Proficiency in English; * French proficiency is an asset; * Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Salesforce is an asset; Desired Qualities: * Sound judgment; * Attention to detail and rigor; * Strong sense of responsibility;
