Job Summary: A Quality Assurance Intern will assist in optimizing information management, monitor corrective actions, and organize events and training sessions at Minuano Embutidos. Today, Minuano operates a vertically integrated poultry business, spanning from breeder farms to poultry production and slaughter, ensuring quality at every stage of the process. Its industrial complex comprises seven facilities: the Slaughterhouse and Refrigeration Plant, Sausage Factory, Hatchery, Breeder Farms, Feed Mill, and Administrative Center. With its poultry operations focused on providing services to third parties, the company strives to produce and deliver high-quality food products, concentrating its efforts on sausage production to reinforce its brand strength and consumer recognition. The company exports to over 30 countries across four continents. Domestically, nearly 30 items comprise its product portfolio, available throughout the state of Rio Grande do Sul, reaffirming the brand’s close relationship with the people of Rio Grande do Sul.
