With our 2 main sites in Novi Sad (E\-systems) and Indjija (global comfort systems) we are employing more than 4500 diverse and talented team members. From 2023 company I.G.Bauerhin GmbH (IGB automotive), global supplier of thermal comfort systems, continues to work under name of Lear corporation. We are working on 3 sites in Inđija, Lazarevac and Lajkovac. Position overview: Collaboration and participation in the processing and control of internal regulations on occupational safety as well as processing and control of corporate safety and health protection at work and fire protection. Support Health, Safety and Environmental organization, supporting EH\&S continual improvement, adherence to Lear standards and best practices, and legal compliance – providing leadership for the overall EHS program, and serving as a role model and mentor for leadership with respect to both behaviors and outcomes. Responsible for all 3 sites – Indjija, Lajkovac and Lazarevac. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead team of 2 EHS Specialists and overview 3 locations * Develop and maintain fire protection documentation in accordance with the actual state * Processing of internal and corporate regulations on occupational safety and health * Ensuring co\-operation with the legal authorities in Serbia and the state oversight authorities on safety and health at work * Responsibility and authority for corrective and preventive action according to IATF 16949:2016 * Work in accordance with internal company standards and ISO procedures – ISO 14001, ISO 45001 * Evidence of accidents at work, evaluation of their causes with proposal for measures leading to increased safety and health at work * Check compliance with hygiene regulations and use of protective equipment and aids **Key Skills And Qualifications** * Completed university education, preferably in technical OR technological sciences * Valid certificate for safety technician and for fire protection technician * ISO 45001, ISO 14001 experience * English minimum B2 level * Minimum 3 years’ EHS experience * Ability to work with multiple directives and internal regulations * Experience from the manufacturing company, preferably automotive * Readiness for travel to 2 sites on weekly basis (Lazarevac, Lajkovac) * Very good interpersonal skills, proactiveness and ability to influence * Flexibility, adaptability, and accountability **What We Offer** * Competitive Salary with managerial package * Paid meal allowance * Learning and development opportunities
