Job \| Project Analyst **Location:** São Leopoldo/RS – Centro **Employment Model:** Individual Contractor (PJ) **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- You will be responsible for structuring, monitoring, and ensuring the execution of strategic and operational projects, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, budget, and business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Structure and lead strategic and operational projects. * Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget. * Ensure project alignment with the company's strategic planning. * Develop and monitor financial projections, revenues, costs, and investments. * Monitor project financial and operational KPIs. * Ensure adherence to the approved budget. * Support economic feasibility analyses and return on investment (ROI) assessments. * Track deadlines, deliverables, and quality of initiatives. * Identify risks and develop action plans for mitigation. * Serve as the focal point between involved departments and stakeholders. * Prepare executive reports for leadership and the board. * Ensure compliance with project policies, processes, and governance. **Requirements** -------------- ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Business Management, or related fields. ✔ Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Strategic Planning, Business Management, Finance, or related areas. ✔ Experience in project management and monitoring. ✔ Experience in strategic planning and goal deployment. ✔ Knowledge of financial forecasting, budgetary control, and economic feasibility analysis. ✔ Advanced Excel proficiency. ✔ Familiarity with project management and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Organization and priority management. * Strategic vision. * Analytical mindset. * Clear and concise communication. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proactivity. * Critical thinking. * Problem-solving skills. * Results orientation. * Ability to build relationships across departments and with stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience in digital and commercial projects. * Experience in companies undergoing expansion or transformation. * Experience developing dashboards and KPIs. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and continuous improvement. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** ------------------------------------ * Project schedule adherence. * Budget adherence. * Project operational efficiency. * Delivery quality. * Progress of strategic indicators. * Risk and rework reduction. * Stakeholder satisfaction.
