Experience Development of elastomeric compound formulations for industrial applications; elastomer processing activities; characterization and interpretation of elastomer test data; and definition of processing routes. Experience in developing research, development, and innovation projects in the field of elastomers—both product- and process-related—for industrial applications. Knowledge Processing techniques for elastomeric materials: extrusion and injection equipment. Processing of elastomeric materials using calenders, presses, dry blend, autoclaves, thermokinetic mixers, and intermixers. Advanced English proficiency desirable for reading, writing, and conversation. Responsibilities Serve and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Prepare and issue reports, proposals, quotations, certificates, technical assessments, expert opinions, correspondence, texts, and documents related to the position’s area. Deliver technical and technological services in accordance with available technical standards and technologies. Plan, develop, execute, and monitor projects, research, policies, programs, and events in the field of expertise, either independently or jointly with public, private, national, or international institutions.
