**Machine Operator**
We are seeking a professional to work as a Machine Operator in the CNC machining center department. This position is essential to our production process and offers an opportunity for growth within Inpel SA Parts Industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES (main activities)
* Operate machines and processes with high operational complexity due to extensive interaction with equipment and processes.
* Continuously monitor the process to maintain machining quality and tool integrity.
* Train new employees at their workstations.
* Perform adjustments and calibrations on tools and fixtures when necessary.
* Perform machine set\-up.
* Release processes and/or production batches.
* Master the use of a large quantity and variety of measuring instruments or devices with precise tolerances.
* Identify and segregate non-conforming parts generated at the workstation.
* Monitor productivity and quantity of parts produced on machines according to the OP; fill out inspection record sheets on the back of the OP.
* Contribute to workplace organization and cleanliness by using PPE and promoting a safe environment.
