Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to calculate performance bonuses, perform managerial postings, clarify doubts, close results, prepare reports, and propose process improvements. Main Responsibilities: Calculate performance bonuses related to achievement of results; Perform managerial postings and allocations; Clarify managers' questions regarding result monitoring processes; Perform managerial closings; Prepare and analyze managerial reports; Analyze and propose improvements to own processes; Guide and support the team on queries. Requirements: Currently pursuing or completed degree in Accounting Sciences; Experience with Excel (intermediate or advanced level); Strong data and numerical analysis skills; Ability to work efficiently with processes and recurring routines; Good verbal and written communication skills; Organized profile, attentive to deadlines and details; Collaborative profile, with strong interaction across internal departments; Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced English; Prior experience in Controller roles; Experience with result closing; Knowledge of SAP and AllStrategy Plano.
