We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic and collaborative team in Carlos Barbosa. The professional will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, kitchen organization, cleaning of utensils, and other related duties. Activities: * Assist in preparing and executing dishes according to the established menu; * Assist in cleaning and organizing food, utensils, and kitchen equipment; * Perform ingredient pre-preparation, such as cutting, washing, and seasoning food; * Support plating and finalizing dishes, ensuring presentation and flavor; * Assist in cleaning and organizing the kitchen, following safety and hygiene standards; * Monitor food and kitchen supplies inventory, requesting restocking when necessary; * Assist in receiving and storing goods, verifying quantity and quality of received items; * Collaborate with the kitchen team in completing daily tasks and fulfilling customer orders; * Follow instructions from the head chef and other supervisors, seeking continuous professional improvement; * Ensure proper kitchen operation and compliance with food safety regulations.
