Direct engagement with suppliers and clients We have a new opportunity for a **New Business Analyst**, with on-site work in **Lajeado\-RS, PJ contract model.** About the role: This position is strategic within the Guaranteed Replacement project, and the main focus will be negotiating budgets with retail suppliers, ensuring the project’s operation across stores, and strengthening relationships with clients and partners. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Negotiating budgets with retail chain suppliers; * Working directly at client stores and headquarters; * Monitoring KPIs, performance, and operational routines of the project; * Generating reports, supporting onboarding, and ensuring excellence in deliverables; * Acting as the liaison between industry, client, and partner agency. **What we’re looking for:** * Experience in Trade Marketing, Retail, or Promotional Agencies; * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related fields); * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; * Willingness to travel; * Preferred: knowledge of Power BI and Hubspot; * Analytical, proactive profile with excellent communication skills! **Mob2con Benefits (PJ model):** * Gympass * Day off * 22 days of leave after 1 year * Health insurance after 3 months How to apply?
