Job Summary: Professional responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, with a focus on machining and CNC, identifying improvements and standardizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of production processes with a focus on machining and CNC 2. CNC ISO code programming and setup reduction using the SMED methodology 3. Collaborative work with production, quality, and maintenance Process Analyst \- Analyze and optimize production processes, focusing on machining and CNC. • Identify bottlenecks, losses, and opportunities for continuous improvement. • Monitor performance indicators such as OEE, productivity, and rework. • Perform programming, preferably in CNC ISO code, autonomously. * Conduct time-motion analysis and line balancing. • Develop and standardize processes and work instructions. • Reduce setup time using the SMED methodology. • Support the implementation of improvements and new processes. * Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance departments. Experience in this role is desirable. • Knowledge of programming vertical and horizontal machining centers, including 3-axis and 4-axis machines. • Technical education in mechanical engineering, industrial processes, production, or related fields. * Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems, basic proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office. • In addition, advanced knowledge of measuring instruments is required.
