**CNC PROGRAMMER** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Receives daily Drawings and Production Orders listing the quantity and characteristics of metal tubes to be cut and beveled, aiming to make them available for inventory and shipping. Programs the Cutting Machine (CNC / Sinico and BLM) by creating computerized instructions via the equipment's electronic panel, determining the sequence and specifications of the operation (length, diameter, and thickness) for tube cutting and finishing. Prepares the machine by replacing, assembling, and adjusting tools for cutting and finishing (beveling, brushing, and washing) according to the dimensions specified in the Production Orders. Monitors the equipment startup for a test run, checks dimensions, makes necessary adjustments, and releases it for production. Remains attentive during operations, ensuring maintenance of the indicators established in the Production Order, intervening in the process when programming corrections are needed.
