Plan and assign workshop services, leading the team of mechanics and assistants to ensure technical service quality and meet delivery commitments agreed with the customer. SOME RESPONSIBILITIES \* Plan workshop services; \* Assign service orders to the mechanics team; \* Monitor service execution for follow-up by consultants and/or customers; \* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work environment (workplace, tools, and uniforms); \* Ensure time tracking at the mechanic's totem clock; \* Provide technical guidance to mechanics; \* Attend to and address customer needs; \* Instruct the mechanics team on service execution; \* Check the quality of completed services.
