Responsible for controlling expenses and investments within the department according to the established budget; Manage departmental performance by capturing, consolidating, and analyzing results under your responsibility; identifying deviations; actively participating in performance review and tracking meetings; and reporting results clearly and systematically; Continuously analyze commercial opportunities within your area of responsibility, proposing necessary adjustments to generate competitive advantages for Docile; **Field Team Management:** training, route supervision, attendance monitoring, and promoter support; **Point-of-Sale (POS) Management:** ensuring product visibility, implementing merchandising materials (MPDV), and negotiating premium shelf space; **Data Analysis and Reporting:** monitoring KPIs (stockouts, shelf share, pricing), check-ins, and report generation; Promote Docile’s culture, emphasizing high performance and genuine concern for people. ?
