Will be responsible for the External Network team, handling deployment and maintenance of internet, telephony, and TV services; Responsible for the internal team handling administrative and technical processes related to services provided by the department; Will be responsible for leading and managing the team of approximately 13 employees. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed in engineering (electrical or telecommunications); Advanced Excel proficiency; Experience with internet service providers or telecommunications companies, specifically in customer activation and maintenance management for internet, telephony, and TV services; Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; Proven experience managing both internal and external teams; Knowledge of fiber-optic networks (GPON); Will be responsible for the External Network team, handling deployment and maintenance of internet, telephony, and TV services; Responsible for the internal team handling administrative and technical processes related to services provided by the department; Will be responsible for leading and managing the team of approximately 13 employees; Reports directly to the company's Director. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Flexible working hours to be agreed upon **BENEFITS:** Salary: BRL 4,851.90 + 40% function allowance.
