If you have experience in this area, we would like to meet you. \#VemSerEmpresasTodeschini **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle requests originating from franchisee and customer support channels, forwarding and tracking them until resolution within agreed timelines. * Guide and train new consultants and franchisees on how to use the Agidesk platform. * Record requests received via communication channels, maintaining updated information, organizing reports for indicator monitoring, and identifying improvement opportunities. * Participate in departmental meetings for critical analysis and improvements to ongoing services.
