If this profile resonates with you, if you seek growth and thrive on challenges, this **opportunity is for you!** **\#vibrafoods \#somosnat \#coordenador \#vendas** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify new opportunities with customers and reinforce brand presence at points of sale; * Coordinate and guide internal sales teams and representatives, ensuring goal achievement based on KPIs, indicators, and results; * Develop and prospect new customers, monitoring market trends and competitor activities; * Plan and supervise sales team activities regarding stock availability and sales optimization; * Monitor and resolve commercial demands, such as returns, order discrepancies, and quality issues; * Manage commercial, logistical, and financial pending items, including delinquency handling; * Conduct visits to strategic customers to strengthen relationships and expand business opportunities; * Contribute to market analysis, trend assessments, and improvement suggestions; * Ensure compliance with commercial policies and internal procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree; * Valid driver’s license (Category B); * Experience in perishable food products is desirable; * Knowledge of the category (chicken protein/food industry) and relevant work experience are strong differentiators. * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** ABOUT **VIBRA FOODS** With nationwide presence and exports to over 70 countries, the company combines tradition and innovation to deliver top-tier chicken protein.
