What will you do? * Take charge of one of our branches; * Deliver and ensure excellent service and relationship-building with the local community, our customers, and suppliers; * Foster team motivation and engagement by cultivating a positive work environment aligned with company values; * Lead and train the team to achieve the results expected by the company; * Monitor and manage branch performance and outcomes; * Ensure execution of team tasks and daily store operations. _Who are we looking for? Retail team leaders from Roca Sales – RS and surrounding regions, with experience in construction materials and/or electronics, furniture, or financial services, and who are available for travel and relocation.
