A professional responsible for managing corporate (PJ) portfolios, conducting prospecting and relationship maintenance activities, and ensuring the achievement of the cooperative's strategic goals and objectives.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.

**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Manage the corporate (PJ) portfolio by analyzing the cooperative member's profile and developing action plans to increase business;
* Conduct prospecting and relationship maintenance visits to better understand and strengthen relationships with cooperative members;
* Ensure that the goals and objectives established in the cooperative's strategic plan are achieved;
* Ensure portfolio turnover occurs within the timelines planned by the commercial strategy department;
* Monitor portfolio indicators and results using the management dashboard, and implement commercial strategies and action plans based on the cooperative's strategic plan;
* Manage the evolution of the portfolio under one's responsibility and supervise other positions supporting the corporate (PJ) portfolio;
* Provide technical support to the sales team at the Service Point (PA) for business development, serving as the technical reference for the corporate (PJ) portfolio;
* Identify improvement opportunities and implement actions aimed at achieving institutional objectives;
* Manage post-sales activities and other duties related to the position.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree and postgraduate degree in Business Management or related fields;
* Relevant work experience;
* Proficiency in sales techniques;
* In-depth knowledge of financial products and services;
* Knowledge of the financial market, credit cooperative legislation, regulations, credit policies, etc.;
* Familiarity with IR analysis, balance sheets, trial balances, and financial statements;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* CPA 10 certification\.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* CPA 20 certification\.
