




**Job Description** * Ensure achievement of results within their area of responsibility by managing the budget and enabling its realization through attainment of revenue, investment, and expense targets. * Ensure continuous development of organizational processes within their area by promoting improvements and identifying optimal ways to manage available resources. * Continuously seek innovations, new technologies, and market trends to keep the company updated and competitive in management practices. * Ensure all processes within their area of responsibility operate according to company-established rules. * Manage all financial activities (accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury) of the company, ensuring reliability of reported information and making all necessary decisions. * Manage and analyze financial information, issuing assessments, explanations, and/or interpretations of data, performing economic\-financial analyses, and supporting decision-making processes. * Represent the company before entities and institutions related to organizational management, such as banks, auditors, unions, government agencies, clients, suppliers, partners, etc., aiming to achieve company objectives. * Define administrative/financial policies and procedures to be implemented in company stores/units, monitoring compliance and ensuring support/guidance for their execution. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably with postgraduate qualification; * Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury (cash flow); * Availability to work on-site in Lajeado/RS.
