Retail routine planning and control **Reporting to the Franchisee, your responsibilities will include:** Responsible for the store’s administrative and commercial operations; Responsible for engaging the staff team to achieve goals and results; Responsible for organizing and controlling administrative routines, such as cash closing, invoicing, and performance indicators aligned with organizational objectives; Plan, organize, and control retail operational routines, including team leadership and development, merchandise arrangement, inventory management, and purchase scheduling. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; Experience as a retail store manager, preferably in an auto center; Onboarding of new employees; Basic knowledge of administration and personnel management; Strong teamwork skills; Proficiency in Excel is desirable; Good communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity.
