Management of outsourced services and compliance with the Integrated Management System **Description** Responsible for planning and executing unit maintenance, monitoring performance indicators, supporting outsourced services, and ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for initiating, implementing, and consolidating the unit's maintenance plan; conducting and analyzing maintenance area indicators, monitoring performance, and proposing improvements. Overseeing mobilization and demobilization activities for civil, boiler-making, electrical, instrumentation, painting, underwater diving, rope access, and scaffolding services, ensuring proper execution by contracted companies. Recording and controlling maintenance plan and outsourced service activities. Responsible for maintaining the Integrated Management System requirements for the Maintenance Department; supporting failure analysis to drive continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Education:** Completed Technical Education **Fields of Study:** Technical in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering, or related industrial fields. **Requirements:** Minimum of 1 year of industrial experience; Valid driver's license, category "B"; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
