Job Summary: Coordinate and train the sales team, manage sales, profitability and targets, prospect new customers and maintain relationships, as well as oversee the department. Key Highlights: 1. Develop sustainable commercial partnerships * Coordinate and train the commercial team, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations to foster the best possible organizational climate. * Manage sales and profitability of all products across the company's target markets. * Conduct annual sales forecasting to support financial and operational planning. * Ensure sales orders comply with established commercial policies (pricing, delivery timelines, commissions, transportation, credit terms, delivery, etc.). * Drive achievement of sales targets defined in the planning process. * Gain in-depth knowledge of customers, competitors, market dynamics, and products. * Prospect new customers and develop sustainable commercial partnerships. * Conduct customer visits for prospecting, closing deals, or post-sales follow-up. * Maintain close customer relationships, resolve dissatisfaction issues, and ensure customer retention. * Manage the team (hiring, evaluation, structured feedback, behavioral monitoring). * Utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) system to organize and track customer interactions, identify opportunities, improve service, and support commercial and marketing decisions. * Support the execution of marketing activities (promotional items, brochures, display stands, etc.). * Be accountable for the department's results. * Assist in performance evaluations and employment contract assessments. * Assist in interviews for selecting new employees. **Job Status** -------------------- Open Position **Benefits** -------------- Transportation Allowance + Medical and Dental Insurance + Life Insurance **Requirements (Education, Courses, etc.)** ------------------------------------------ * Completed high school education * Leadership experience required * CRM knowledge required * Prior experience coordinating the commercial area preferred São Leopoldo - RS Average R$3.000,00 Commercial • Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM, plus 2 fixed Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; OR • Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 20 minute lunch break.
