Achieve established SDCA targets (capturing results and resolving anomalies) by adhering to safety, quality, GMP, and operational standards—and stopping the production line whenever standards are compromised; Report anomalies to the operator or supervisor (depending on your role); Perform required inspections and operations using checklists, when necessary, to ensure product quality; Clean your work area and equipment following GMP principles; Intervene with safety guidance upon observing unsafe behavior; Report observed unsafe behaviors and situations in the department to the operator; Promote Docile’s culture, focused on high performance and genuine concern for people; Foster a fact- and data-driven problem-solving culture. ?
