Assemble and package pliers; prepare and operate electrical insulation testing equipment, drills, laminators, grinders, eccentric presses and knee presses, riveting machines, induction machines, manual presses, vertical and horizontal sanders of sandpaper I, in accordance with instructions and technical specifications. A market-leading company in its segment with over 100 years of tradition, seeking dynamic, innovative individuals with a systemic vision to continue innovating and surprising customers with the quality of its products. **Responsibilities and duties** Assemble plier cables according to training and specific ISQ; Prepare and operate electrical insulation testing equipment according to training and specific ISQ; Perform packaging according to training and specific ISQ; Assemble, lubricate, and package ring pliers according to training and specific ISQ; Prepare and operate drills according to training and specific ISQ; Prepare and operate laminators according to training and specific ISQ; Operate parts washers according to training and specific ISQ (authorized personnel only); Perform setup release; Prepare and operate eccentric presses according to training and specific ISQ; Prepare and operate grinders according to training and specific ISQ; Assemble and adjust water pump pliers according to training and specific ISQ; Prepare and operate vertical and horizontal sanders of sandpaper I (pressure pliers line, ring pliers line, and pre-heat treatment sanding for universal and diagonal cutting pliers line) according to training and specific ISQ; Drill, assemble, adjust, and sand pressure pliers according to training and specific ISQ; Assemble springs and screws, adjust, and package pressure pliers according to training and specific ISQ; Prepare and operate drilling and milling machines for tips in the ring pliers cell according to training and specific ISQ; Prepare and operate riveting machines, adjust, sand, and load components in the ring pliers cell according to training and specific ISQ; Prepare and operate induction machines according to training and specific ISQ; Prepare and operate manual presses according to training and specific ISQ; Operate and prepare knee presses according to specific ISQ and training Suggest process and tooling improvements to enhance productivity and product quality; Count and record processed parts and report or perform production reporting.
