Position: **Leather Tanning Technician**, to be based at our **Montenegro/RS unit**. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop new products and applications (R&D and Innovation); * Conduct quality control and performance validation tests; * Perform laboratory tests and technical applications for customers; * Provide technical support to the sales team, contributing recommendations and solutions; * Manage pilot laboratory activities, ensuring organization and operational efficiency; * Procure raw materials and interface with suppliers; * Support technical and operational activities related to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Leather Tanning or related fields; * Experience in leather tanning processes, preferably vegetable tanning; * Knowledge of laboratory routines and application testing; * Preferred: Experience with vegetable tannins, hands-on experience in application or R&D laboratories, prior interface with customers or the sales team. **Additional Information** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Annual profit-sharing program; * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Birthday day off; * Vittude; * WellHub. **A sustainability reference for 77 years** With a history spanning over seven decades, our company stands as a true example of commitment to sustainability.
