Job Summary: Opportunity for an Operations Assistant in Civil Engineering, responsible for supervising field activities, managing contracts and documentation, and developing CAD/Revit projects. Opportunity to join the Aviva team. **Operations Assistant – Civil Engineering Department** **(Nova Santa Rita – RS)** **Responsibilities and Duties:** · Monitor and supervise field activities; · Prepare contracts, conduct measurements, create spreadsheets, maps, and final contract reports; · Organize construction documentation; · Create, revise, coordinate, and modify CAD, Revit, or similar software projects; archive, store, and organize them; · Develop material spreadsheets, budgets, and schedules; monitor and update them as needed; · Complete Construction Inspection Reports with required photos and information; · Research new suppliers, materials, and resources for construction projects. **Requirements and Qualifications:** · Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; · Familiarity with SIENGE project management software is a plus; · Experience in technical roles on infrastructure or building construction projects. **Benefits:** \*Meal allowance / food voucher; \*Transportation allowance / mobility voucher; \*Parking; \*Group life insurance; \*SESC membership; \*Annual bonus based on company performance targets; \*Fruit Days; \*Unimed health plan.
