Personal development and contribution to the organization's success **General Machine Operator II \- Fixed-Term Contract** ----------------------------------------------------- **Are you looking for a new opportunity in your professional career?** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Industrial area in Portão (RS) has this opportunity to work in the operational area. **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** * Operating CNC machines, plasma cutters, oxy-fuel cutting equipment, bending machines, plate rolling machines, and shearing machines — conventional machines requiring knowledge of work procedures and tools acquired through experience. * Supporting operators and assistants with more complex demands. * Reading and interpreting production routings and drawings. * Performing measurements according to tolerances specified in the production order and drawings. * Verifying whether previous operations have been completed and signed off in the routing sheet. * Signing off the routing sheet phase after completing the operation. * Recording requested information in the Quality Inspection Report (QIR). * Keeping equipment and the workstation clean and organized. * Inspecting products at the beginning and end of operations, demonstrating proficiency within your area of expertise. * Moving parts with the assistance of an overhead crane. * Participating in internal and external training sessions, following instructions or requests from your immediate supervisor. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Minimum required education: Completed high school diploma. * Preferred: Completed technical education diploma. * Relevant experience in the role. * Knowledge of technical drawing, metrology, and machine setup. * Preferred: NR 11 certification for overhead cranes. * Preferred: Knowledge of 5S methodology. **We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and fosters development.
