




**CNC Setup Operator I** **Are you looking for a new opportunity in your professional career?** The Industrial area in Novo Hamburgo (RS) has this opportunity to work in the operational area. **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** * Reading and interpreting technical drawings specified in the production order. * Working with production routings, drawings, and fixture plans. * Performing measurements according to tolerances specified in the production order and drawings. * Verifying whether the previous operation was completed and signed off on the routing sheet, and signing off the relevant routing step after completing the operation. * Recording requested information in the Quality Inspection Report (QIR). * Keeping equipment and the workstation clean and organized. * Inspecting products at the beginning and end of operations. * Operating machines while understanding functions used to activate and deactivate compensation. * Using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, height gauges, and others). * Providing technical leadership within your area of specialization, guiding other colleagues on related technical aspects. * Participating in internal and external training programs, as directed or requested by your immediate supervisor. * Programming machining centers and/or turning centers using Mazatrol control. * Preparing and performing finishing operations with the aid of an angular table. * Performing keyway milling operations on machining centers equipped with head-locking devices. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Completed high school diploma. * Preferred qualification: Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Experience operating CNC machines. * Knowledge of technical drawing, metrology, and machine setup. **We offer** We provide a dynamic work environment that values innovation and fosters professional development.
