Job Summary: Assist in procurement-related activities, providing support in supplier monitoring, metric collection, and purchase order issuance. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in quotation requests and purchase order issuance Assist in procurement-related activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support in supplier monitoring and follow\-up; * Assist in collecting and disseminating procurement team metrics; * Assist in supplier development and registration; * Provide support in other procurement department activities as required by the department; * Assist in quotation requests and issuance of purchase orders for indirect/consumable items. * Assist in follow\-up of purchase order deliveries. * OEA-sensitive position **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Basic English proficiency preferred. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a 1-hour daily break. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Discounts at language schools and universities. **We are HT Micron**, an industry supplying **advanced semiconductor products**.
