Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for serving export clients, preparing proposals and documentation, following up on processes, and conducting market analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and support for export clients 2. Preparation of export proposals and documentation 3. Market analysis and commercial decision-making support **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Serving export clients; Creating and sending export commercial proposals; Receiving and processing export client orders; Preparing necessary documentation for exporting goods and/or services, in compliance with applicable regulations; Following up on export processes with customs brokers and reviewing documents; Archiving and maintaining organization of foreign trade documents; Registering direct import processes for clients\-representatives; Following up with clients/customs brokers regarding direct sales\-representation; Requesting and recording commission reports for direct sales representation from partners; Monitoring, preparing, and managing commissions for direct sales to clients \- representatives; Conducting studies and reports on market trends; Assisting in identifying and analyzing competitors and customers; Assisting in researching and analyzing commercial performance tools; Preparing commercial analyses and reports to support decision-making (profitability spreadsheet, action plan, sales performance, etc.); Managing the international schedule, trade fairs, events, and marketing activities; Proposing necessary improvements and updates to foreign trade processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in International Trade or currently pursuing it; Fluent English (written and spoken); Excel; Proficiency in calculations involving international currencies; Industrial sector experience preferred; Export experience preferred (even at customs brokerage firms); Marketing knowledge preferred **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **BENEFITS:** Salary, Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance / or Fuel Assistance, Education Assistance, Hospital Health Plan, Annual Bonus Register your resume at buscarvagas.com.br and stay updated on the best opportunities.
