Job Summary: Professional responsible for cleaning and sanitizing premises, changing linens, and sending order requests, with availability for rotating shifts and a focus on hygiene and safety. Availability to rotate between morning/afternoon and night shifts **Responsibilities:**\* Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Changing linens and verifying consumption; Sending menu orders to suites;** **\*Requirements:**\* Previous cleaning experience or related activities (desirable but not mandatory); Teamwork ability and good communication skills; Availability to rotate between morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures;** **\*We Offer:**\*\*Base Salary:** R$ 1574,00 (R$ 1630,00 after probation) \+ Hazard Pay 40% \+ Tip 2% \*Meal Voucher after 3 months:** R$ 200,00 \*Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance:** R$ 300,00 \| Bike Voucher R$ 100,00 \*Immediate Attendance Bonus (after completing 30 days):** R$ 130,00 : \*Work Schedule:** 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). \***Working Hours:** 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; shift timing coordinated with the manager. Loyalty and Incentive Program: Tenure-based Loyalty Bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% from the 4th year onward.
