Performance monitoring and identification of improvements Ensure operational excellence at partner stores and dealerships by monitoring field technicians’ activities, ensuring compliance with internal processes, company standards, and dealership rules, as well as tracking performance indicators and promoting continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Monitor technicians at partner stores and dealerships through periodic on-site visits. * Provide operational support to technicians, guiding them on processes, professional conduct, and company standards. * Address operational issues jointly with stores and leadership. * Monitor and track working hours (schedules, time clock registration, shift assignments, and adherence to scheduled work hours). * Ensure proper use of uniforms and personal appearance according to company standards. * Guarantee compliance with company internal policies and rules established by partner dealerships. * Conduct alignment meetings with dealership managers whenever necessary. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes. * Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs). * Produce management reports containing analyses and action plans. * Support the onboarding and monitoring of new technicians. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: Class B Personal Vehicle Willingness to Travel
