Description: * Complete higher education in Medicine; * Active CRM registration; * Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Medicine. The following will be considered advantageous: * Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Hygiene or Ergonomics; * Experience in occupational health, statutory programs (PCMSO, PGR, PPEOB), and health indicator management will be considered advantageous. * Coordinate the development and implementation of the PCMSO, considering health risks identified in the PGR and in compliance with NR-01; * Structure and coordinate occupational health and ergonomics programs, promoting preventive practices and educational initiatives; * Manage medical monitoring (biological and other types), analyzing exposures to chemical, biological, and ergonomic hazards to health, as well as coordinating the Health Prevention Program (PPS); * Conduct clinical consultations and examinations for employees, ensuring comprehensive occupational health follow-up; * Assess hygiene and health conditions across departments, proposing continuous improvements to the work environment; * Provide technical support to the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), collaborating on occupational health-related actions and campaigns; * Evaluate PCMSO and PPEOB programs during the approval process of contracted companies, ensuring technical and legal compliance; * Represent the company externally in commissions and events related to the field of Health; * Deliver training sessions and lectures on occupational health and preventive topics; * Analyze and consolidate data from medical reports, health insurance records, and labor-related actions, proposing preventive and health promotion measures; * Provide emergency care in cases of work-related accidents or commuting accidents, issuing expert opinions and technical reports when necessary; * Prepare documents and technical opinions regarding occupational health topics; * Manage the medical clinic and coordinate corporate wellness initiatives; * Actively participate in health promotion and quality-of-life programs. 2512140202201920422
