At DGT Technology, you can give your best. **Position Objective:** Proactively perform maintenance and technical support for video surveillance systems, ensuring the availability and performance of the technology infrastructure. We seek a professional eager to learn and develop technological skills, contributing to the stability and evolution of internal operations. **Key Responsibilities:** Periodic Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of surveillance systems, networks, and devices to ensure continuous operation. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Perform maintenance activities on cameras, networks, and related devices. Apply basic updates and patches to systems and software. Technical Support: Receive and log technical tickets related to internal systems, devices, and networks. Resolve low- and medium-complexity issues, escalating more complex ones as needed. Collaboration and Learning: Demonstrate proactive learning of new technologies and processes.
