Job Summary: An IT intern to assist with the operation of systems, equipment, infrastructure, user support, and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. IT systems and infrastructure support 2. Mobile device management The company is seeking an IT intern in São Leopoldo. **Responsibilities:** Assist in the operation of all corporate information systems and related IT equipment. Assist in resolving any issues that may arise. Assist in the operation of general infrastructure (Internet, telephony, printing, and office and construction site networks). Assist in providing support to users of the network and computer applications. Assist in researching and implementing software and hardware. Assist in managing mobile devices (tablets and cell phones) for internal employees. Assist in administrative tasks within the IT department. Previous internships in Software Development, Technical Support, Systems Analysis, or Computer Networks may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
