If you seek to join a team that values excellence and positive impact, Distribuidora DSL is the place for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * First- and second-level IT support for incidents, provided in person, by phone, or via helpdesk system; * Functional and operational support for Polibrás and WinThor systems, including registrations, queries, operational routines, and user guidance; * Registration, tracking, prioritization, and closure of incidents according to SLA; * Microcomputer support (desktops, laptops, printers, data collectors, and peripherals); * Installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems and corporate software; * Support in managing user access, permissions, and system profiles; * Assistance in identifying recurring failures and suggesting improvements to systems and processes; * Liaison with vendors and external support for opening and tracking incidents; * Support for hardware and software inventory routines; * Escalation of critical incidents to higher-level support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields. * User support and assistance experience; * Experience with Polibrás and WinThor systems; * Experience with helpdesk systems; * Basic knowledge of hardware and software; * Windows operating systems; * Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi); * Basic knowledge of networks and servers. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive remuneration; * Bonus policy; * Profit-sharing plan (PLR); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Basic food basket; * Transportation allowance; * Partnerships with various institutions, among others. * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute break — Monday through Friday.
