Join us as we continue delighting our customers and communities.* Apply today! **Job Description:** * Carry out various administrative and/or operational processes, solving simple problems and performing routine tasks; * Provide operational support in carrying out various company activities, according to workflow progress and internal demands; * Keep work tools organized, contributing to operational efficiency; * Maintain updated information and organized documents within your work area, contributing to operational efficiency; * Perform basic personnel administration routines at your assigned store, executing various tasks according to internal demands; * Provide support to employees and leaders at your assigned store regarding personnel administration matters; * Organize employee personnel files and other registration information, keeping them updated and accessible; * Provide support and assistance in recruitment, training, and development routines, according to internal workload demands; * Participate in projects managed by the Human Resources department, performing required tasks; * Enter Human Resources data into systems, keeping information organized and accurate; * Comply with administrative procedures inherent to your position, according to internal work demands. **Schedule** * Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:48 PM. **Prerequisites** * Must be over 18 years old; * Completed high school or ongoing higher education/technical degree; * Preferably experience as a Generalist HR professional.
