The program combines hands-on and theoretical learning in a hybrid environment, delivering a comprehensive development experience. Upon completion, participants will have the opportunity to interact with local SAP teams. **What You Will Develop** * Enhance your English and Spanish language skills through practical training. * Gain hands-on experience in programming, technical support, software quality, agile methodologies, and program design. * Participate in group programming sessions. * Receive training on recruitment processes, resume writing, and English-language interview practices. * Connect with SAP Labs Latin America colleagues and leaders. * Receive guided mentorship from SAP experts. * Strengthen your interpersonal skills. **Program Duration:** * From June 2, 2026 to October 6, 2026\. * The format is hybrid, with in-person classes every two weeks on Tuesdays. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Basic programming skills are a plus. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Motivation and interest in teamwork and innovation. * Access to a computer with internet connectivity. * Basic knowledge of technologies such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL. **Selection Process Includes:** * Online stage: Cultural fit and English assessments, plus an interview with the recruitment team. * Final in-person stage: Held on May 19, 2026\. * Results announced by May 22, 2026\. **Important Information:** * Time commitment: 1–8 hours per week for attending sessions and completing hands-on activities. * Location: Av.
